Tips are Confusing!!!!

Me and FH are doing our budget (again) now that we have everything in place - well with the exception of a few odds & ends which we are estimating the cost.

BUT!!!!!!!! The tips are hard because, we don't want to be cheap but we also don't want to be paying for a second wedding either with the tip amounts.

SO, here is the list:

DJ / MC (and Crew):
Photo & Video Crew (they are 1 company):
Limo (gratuity included):
Hair:
Make Up:

Maitre D':
Bridal Attendant:

The florist is the owner who is also new to the industry BUT she is charging us a $75 delivery fee - so we are not sure here either.

Sorry this was so long but we are looking at about 140 guests. Any help you can give us would be great!!

From what I understand...

the matrid gets about $1.50 PP
Photographery doesnt get tipped
DJ $20 each member

I THINK...

For our maitre'd, the 'suggested' tip amount is $3-$5 per person.
The other tip amounts I've seen, or had suggested to me are:

Photographer/Videographer $50-$100 pp
Lighting person $30-$50
DJ/MC $50-$100 pp
Florist $10 per delivery/setup person (but since they are charging you a fee, I wouldn't tip)
Bridal Attendant $75-$150 (depends on how good she is!)
Hair/Makeup - if you go to the salon, you should tip 15-20%, if they come to you I don't think you 'need' to tip, since all the money goes in their pocket...
Valet $1-$2 per guest (per guest with a car, I'd guess)
Bathroom Attendants $30-$50 pp
Coatcheck $30-$50 pp

It definitely adds up, doesn't it?!
