They're absolutely killing me! Is there anything that help relieve the soreness/tenderness?

Nope, just wear a really supportive bra, so they don't bounce around (TMI). Also, they said to put cool cabbage leaves on to relieve some pain when my milk came in, I wonder if that would help at your stage. Also, a cold compress?

Okay, thank you. Maybe I'll try a cold compress and see how that works out

I started sleeping with a bra during early pregnancy, and that helped some with the soreness.
