Re: Tips for nauseau
I know you've probably heard it everywhere but crackers
lemons or lemon juice in water hard candies - lemon or peppermint
NEVER EVER drink plain water add some flavor of something to it
eat small meals often.
GOOD LUCK!

Peppermint candy always helped me - especially the peppermint patties!

Those starbright things I lived on. The bracelets and stuff didn't work (sea-bands or whatever). I also took anti-nauseous medication too.

I agree with the lemon water. My saving grace was jolly ranchers although i've known they worked for me for awhile - when I was hungover!

Cold lemon water worked for me. I also ate crackers. Sprite also worked.

I second Ginger ale. you may want to try the preggo ginger pops. They have them in BRU.
I would start my day with an EDY's Lime Frozen Juice Bar as soon as I got out of bed and I ate lemons thtough out the day. My MS only lasted two weeks though so I wasn't that bad.

I haven't gotten m/s yet, but I am prepared with ginger ale since that worked all the other times my stomach gets upset.
my best friend suggested jelly beans...yes jelly beans...I love them, so maybe I'll try it if I have to.

Re: Tips for nauseau
Try the sea bands. Also, my dr. recommended 1/2 a Unisom sleeping pill with 25 milligrams of B6 vitamin taken together twice a day. That combo plus the bands made it more manageable for me. Plus, lemonade, lemon water, lemon candy helped me tons... and sprite.
