TIPS- How to save some $$

Depending on when you are getting married you can use these.

* Baskets- they all go on sale after Easter

*BP gifts- After Christmas sales are a great bargain. Also for toys if you are having FG or children at the wedding. Wallets, Sunglasses
Macy's, Walmart..everywhere!

*Halloween- If you plan on having any type of candy them this would be the time to buy. Don't forget that candy dosen't go bad if kept in a cool, dry place

*Now- CVS/Walgreens- after summer sales for those who are having summer weddings. I got two pairs of childrens sunglasses for $5 each.

*Back to school sale- they have arts and crafts on sale if you are having childrens things. Paper if your doing some DIY's.

*Having a Christmas themed wedding? Fortunoffs has a sale on all ornaments and all Christmas stuff. So does macys!

*Anything that has to do with hearts? Valentimes day is the best time to get all those mushy items.

HOPE THIS HELPED ANYONE!

I got some more tips to add, I had a great and lavish wedding and didn't spend exorbitantly! ;)

- Go to a bridal show to get the Men's Wearhouse 59 bucks a tux deal, your groom will get his free with 4 tux rentals.

- Go to shopbriarpatch.com to get your flowergirl dresses, they are beautiful and great quality and most are 30-60 bucks apiece and you get them within 1-2 weeks!!! Forget waiting!

- Get your ring pillow and baskets from Jack's (there are a bunch of stores), they are very good stuff at only 5 bucks per basket and pillow. Great quality for that kinda price since Jack's is a dollar store.

- Try on your dress at a big store like RK Bridal and get it from netbride.com or gownfind.com for nearly half the cost!

- Use Designs By Rose for flowers, They are an amazing team and the centerpieces are HUGE and BEAUTIFUL!

- Have a wedding during off peak season or during the daytime or Thursday/Friday night. Forget Saturday, you'll pay 30-50% more for a Saturday night peak season wedding. It makes a huge difference!

- Shop on Ebay and Overstock for other goodies!

- Don't tell your limo that it is for a 'wedding'.... if you only want pick-up/drop off.

Also good for 'bachelor/bachelorette' party. Just say you are a group of friends going to the City, vineyard tour, etc...
