Tips all the way......I have horrible nails and there is no way they will grow to look like the way I want them. Tips and I want a pink french painted.

I want them french also but I am going to want to take them off asap, I have ridges in my nails bec I was obsessed with tips when I was younger

I am hoping that I can keep them up after the wedding. It all depends on how many envelopes we get!!!

I say that if you can grow your nail out then don't get tips but if you can't grow them out then go for the tips. My nails don't grow because i work with kids so it's easier for me to just spent a half hour and get them done. HTH.

My nails grow, and stay long if I have nail polish on them if not they break, I also do ALOT of typing everyday, I hate when some nails are long and some are short bec they broke

for me No Tips!

I love my natural nails

and i haven't had tips in 6 yrs!

don't get me wrong on this one, this is a true personal opinion, i always think tips look ghetto fab, you never see serious actress/models/business women, etc with them so i stopped even thinking about it like 10 yrs ago, lol, but like everything else in life to each his own

lol seriously it is so strange bc i am so natural with my hair and makeup but i love super long guidette nails. . . everyone hates them but me!

they are totally ghetto fab! lol

eta: not for my wedding though!

My goodness me too, back in high school when it was mandatory to have tips , with the designs and all, crystals, I even pierced my nail and put a ring in it, now that I think of it I prob looked sooo silly back in the days

Danielle, your nails look great.

I will either go natural or use the tips you can buy in the drugstore. I did it for a trip I went on last year and honestly they looked great! It's like $5 for a set and EVERYONE thought they were 'real' tips, like from the nail salon. I am sure you can buy ones for like $20 or $30 that look even better.

i think im going to just get a mani on my stubs! ... this is one i did myself.. im sure it would look nicer if i got it done!

I have really long nails naturally and will have them as is, with a french manicure. IF I got tips, my nails would be giant claws that would extend about 3 inches lol Can we say, ' '?

OK I may sound a bit silly, what is the difference between silk and tips?

Yeah, I believe Princess Cut bride had a pic of them when she showed us her veil. They do look very pretty. But I havent had them in YEARS and I wonder if they will annoy me. Ohhhh and if they prevent me from typing on LIW forget them

I have silk wraps on my nails and I get permanent french. It lasts sooooo much longer than a reg french manicure. It is done with a white powder.

I don't mind....just that this was a horrible pic of my nails....if you look really close you can tell my nails grew out a lot...I was in desperate need of a fill in....so you can actually see my natural white tips under the wrap.
