Photographer - This is one person I wouldn't under-tip. Imo, they have the most amount of work to do out of all the vendors. They are working about 12 hours that day on top of all the editing that comes after.
Videographer - same as above
DJ - They are the one's basically running the party and controlling the feel of it. Your party is in their hands. Matre'd - same as above
Bridal Attendant - This really depends on the service you get. If she stinks then your tip doesn't have to be much. If she goes above and beyond so should you.
Hair/Makeup - this really depends on the service you get. If you are in love then i'd tip. If they have a bad attitude or aren't up to their standards that day I wouldn't tip as much.
hmm.. who else who else....

To be completely honest, a tip is something you offer to anyone providing to you excellent service. YOU DON'T HAVE TO TIP, you're not going to go to jail if you don't but if someone goes above and beyond, i think they deserve a little something for their efforts. Many of the fees you pay are to cover the costs of the vendors work (ie. makeup, hair supplies, memory card, etc.) the tip is to say thank you for coming out and doing a great job. If you can't afford it, just give them a little something. 10 dollars is better than nothing.
Tip:

and then after that, whoever else you can afford...

Make up - I have ridiculous skin and if you can make me look like I have no blemishes there's a BIG tip in it for you. I will tip 20%.
Hair - I have fine thin and lifeless hair, so if you can make it look pretty... big tip for that too. I tip 20-30%
DJ - 50-100
Video/Photo - 50-75. This really depends on the final product... can I tip then?
Maitre D' - 300-400. That's hard work waiting on that many people. If I hear you were OUT OF THIS WORLD I will tip closer to the 400 range.
Bridal Attendant - I'm a high maintenance kind of person so I'm thinking of tipping her 200-300. I also have a DOC so I'm not sure what to do with that. I'll probably tip them the same.
Florist delivery - 10-20 because he's delivering my flowers.
