TIPS...help

FH and I are trying to figure out how much to take out of the bank for tips.

How much do we tip everyone????

We tipped:

Photographer and assistant: $50 each
DJ/MC- $50 each
Videographer: $50
Maitre D' -customary is between $3-5 per head- we gave $400 for 100 guests
Bridal Attendant: $100
Makeup/hair- $50 each
Steel drum band- $20 each (for CH hour only)

Matire D, bridal attendent & banquet manager $650 combined

Band: I'm greek so it's the money on the floor during the traditional dance.

Hair/Makeup-$100

Limo's $40 each driver
