I think you've got it covered. Wait staff, bartenders, valet, etc. should all be part of your 'service charge,' but you can give them a little extra if you want.

I have boycotted all tipping - however - FH thinks differently at the moment - he hasn't a clue who is supposed to be tipped!!

you should check all your contracts.
our RH contract includes tip for matri'd & everyone else at the hall. the only person we will have to tip at the end of the night at the hall is the bridal attendant.
our limo contract also includes all the tips.

why should I have to tip my hair and makeup person? The price I'm paying should include the tip! Is it wrong not to tip? same thing w/ limo. I plan to tip everyone else but not hair/makeup or limo driver.

Ugh...I have absolutely NO clue how much to tip! My DOC told me she'd go over everything, but it is really overwhelming!

Don't you normally tip your hair stylist? What about if/when you go for a manicure? Or when you take a cab somewhere? It's no different.
