I'm having no luck finding the right house, the right area, the right positives & negatives, the right price.
Is it possible on Long Island? Jeez! i must have the worst luck.
Is it better to get a buyers agent (if that even exists anymore lol) than to just visit open houses & see if something 'hits' you?

Re: Tired. Need a BUYERS agent asap.
Sorry you're having such a bad time of it! I HATED looking for a house and the actually buying was no better for me. As far as a buyers agent, from what I have read about it, and what I have heard, becuase of the fact that this area is such a sellers market, it may be hard to find one. Good luck!!! You'll find the perfect house - I didn't believe we would ever find one, but we did.

I can highly recommend Jerry Wood from Coach Realtor in Northport. He deals with all different areas, not just Northport.
He is excellent and a very nice guy. He is out of the office (death in the family) for 3 days. YOu can email him or call. If you want his email FM me. He is really sweet and the top realtor at his office. I grew up with his daughter and have known the family for years.

I highly reccommend Pat Naples from Daniel Gale in Northport. She was great! Really listened to what we wanted and DIDN'T want in a house. Her number is 631-754-3400

You want an EXCLUSIVE buyers agent. Im working with someone from Home Buyer's Resource Center. They are a full agency of exclusive agents, and it's been great!
I know the agent is working for me - and not for a seller!
