I have been to a couple of weddings that give out tissue packets at the ceremony. Of course at the time I didn't think to save them. Does anyone have tips on how to make them and sayings that can be used?

Good question...I went to AC Moore and bought the small chiffon bags with the draw string...I bought the small pocket tissues...I folded 2 of the tissues on half and placed them in the bags. I created labels and wrote on them 'Tears of Joy' with our names and date and decorated the outside of the bags with 2 red roses. They came out so nice, I cant wait to use them.
