To all the jewish brides

I hope you have a wonderful passover. My dad tells me I'm turning into a housewife I'm making for the first time chicken soup with matzo balls. FH parents just love my cornish hens so that's what they want.

Not Jewish...but did work for a Jewish owned company for years, I believe it starts today after the sundown (after shabbot) sp?.

Thanks and happy Passover to you as well. I think the first night is tomorrow, so we can still eat bread for a little while longer.

First Seder - Night of Saturday, April 23
First Day - Sunday, April 24
Second Seder - Night of Sunday, April 24
Second Day - Monday, April 25
Seventh Day - Saturday, April 30
Eighth Day - Sunday, May 1

At our sedar my FI parents will meet my dad, sister, grandmother, aunts and uncle for the first time.

HappyBride... I was raised Jewish, but have strayed from the path. Do you have a good recipe for Matzoh Ball Soup? I love it!! My mom used to make it soooo good. I haven't attempted anything from scratch yet. I'm a little nervous about that. Can anyone please FM me with a good recipe for Matzoh Ball Soup or Kugel?

i'll get u the receipe. i put too much matzo meal in it so it came out hard. they should be fluffy. but my soup was a success for the first time making it.
