Ok, so my FH and I are the first of our group of friends to get married and honestly he is clueless when it comes to the whole process of wedding stuff. Needless to say, he has no idea what b-pics are!! He is very protective, but not jealous. Should I tell him about the pictures before? I was thinking no? And when should I give them to him? The day of is not a question b/c he would be in complete shock haha. How far in advance should you do the session? TIA ladies!!

I am not telling fh bc he will flip out! He'll tell me it's a waste of money& he doesn't want anyone looking at me with no clothes , as in the photographer. I am getting them done Aug 12 & giving them to him for his bday in Nov or Xmas . I hope they come out good

I couldn't hide it from FH though it will be part of his present. I know he will be shocked regardless of him knowing.

FH had no idea. I gave them to him for our anniversary. I actually ended up going out to dinner with him after I took my pics. I had makeup on, which I never wear and had to make up a reason why I was wearing it lol

I'm not telling him. It will be hard because we literally tell each other everything, but worth it.
I am a LOT more conservative than my FH when it comes to caring about how i dress, etc. I would never even imagine doing my bpics with a male photographer, and so basically if I'm comfortable I know he will be comfortable with it too.

i mentioned it to FH just to see if he would be into it or not (like, rly, what guy will protest to it??? LOL!) but he will totally not remember by that time lol! i think on our honeymoon I am going to surprise him w/ the little book

I basically did this too. I kind of mentioned the idea, but he totally won't remember. I'm usually way too shy for that sort of thing so I think he will be really surprised. I'm just wondering how to hide the money from him so it doesn't tip him off (we share the same finances already).

HAHAHA, FH & I are the worst at stuff like this. Neither one of us can keep ANYTHING from each other. Even the little surprises you may wanna keep.

I told FH before and he helped pick out the pictures he liked best. I thought it was great because he knew I was doing it for him so he might as well get the pics he wants.
