to-do list for D.O.C.

anyone have a to-do list already set up that they can share?

i know the obvious stuff...like be there, bustle, call vendors, give tips

but are there other things on the list you are specifically asking your D.O.C. to do?

for example...our florist will not be going to the church, so i will need help setting up pew bows.

what else?

i want to have a list together before the next time we meet.

I am specifically asking her to send one of her assistants to the hotel to make sure all of the GM get their act together. This does not mean FH, more like my retarded brothers who will prob get sh*tfaced the night before and have trouble moving the day of.

Also, she will be in charge of making sure the room turnover (there will be another wedding's CH in my main room) is flawless.

And...........there are prob a million more things, but we haven't gotten down to the nitty gritty just yet - those are the two biggies!!

i plan on asking her to make sure that the guests who go to the church, esp. the queens people know that they can chill at my moms house during the break between the church and CH.

and can i ask her to feed the dogs? lol
