TO DO LIST - JANUARY 2005!

Alright ladies - now that the holiday's are just about over - what's on your TO DO LIST for January??? No more excuses - get your butts in gear!




TO DO THIS WEEK:
o Make sure you have Something Blue
o Finish Emergency Contact List for each vendor given toBest Man & FOB to have the day of ...
o Make final payments to all vendors (limo, photo, florist, church)
o Get final count ready for the manor, certified check needed
o Figure out Tips for day of wedding & get Envelopes for Final Payments & Tipping day of wedding
o Finish wrapping all gifts
o get International Electric Converters
o Hair Appointment (dye)
o Pack up rest of clothes & things to take to the new home
o Pack Overnight bag for hotel
o Gown & Tux bag for after reception
o Meet Organist to review hymns
o Rehersal Dinner
o Confirm: Photo/Video, DJ, Limo, hall, church, priest, hotel, transportation, honeymoon, etc, etc - time & locations & directions
o Final Dress Fitting
o Drop off Place Cards, Favors, menu's, flutes, cake servers, menus, bathroom baskets, etc ... at reception hall
o Manicure, Pedicure, Waxing, Makeup trial
o Pick up Dress
o GET MARRIED
o GO ONE HONEYMOON!

I am very ashamed of my to do list, so I'm not posting it.

My January to do list is pretty extensive considering I did nothing on my december to do list

Book Limos
FH needs to apply for passport
Finalize honeymoon plans
Order my dress
Order bm dresses
Start Registry
Finalize Shower list
design directional cards for handouts
attend WEDDING OF THE YEAR!!!!!!!!!

HOW EXCITING LISA!!!! Its a matter of days!!!

We are:

getting wedding rings
booking rehersal dinner place
making church direction cards
working on table # pics
start to assemble invites

Meet/book photo and video
Meet/book DJ
Make payment to hall
Attend food tasting

Wow Lisa! I can't believe you day is almost here!

For me I have to:
- book honeymoon
- find video (still)
- maybe schedule another hair trial( I've changed my mind again)
- visit my dress
- order invitations

Wow it must seems so real!

mine entails:
Call travel agent about honeymoon

order jr bridesmaid dress and flowergirl
order invites

list goes on and on but i figure if i get at least these done, I am doing ok

I am so over organized about my lists I annoy myself!
Seriously I cannot functio at work or sleep at night if I don't know exactly what has to get done & when. The list I have above is actually broken out on a day by day basis on my desk and in my pocketbook ... it gets updated every day or two and I regroup.

I think that's why I am so calm - I really don;t have much to do!
