To Include or Not to Include

Okay, I have gotten all my RSVP's back except two. Both of these people have stated they should be able to make it but could not give a definite answer. I DO NOT want to pay for them if they don't show up (heck I don't even want them there but that is another story), so my question is can I not include them in the final number and if the two of them show up have my father go to the matre d and ask for additional place settings for them? I just went to a wedding this weekend and someone brought a date that they did nto RSVP with and they made room for the date...just was wondering......please let me know if you know or if this happened at your wedding.

We are doing the same thing with some people who said they 'want' come. LOL!!!!

for mine , I only pay for 95% of the guest, and if the additonal 5% show up we pay the day of the wedding.

So I'd inlcude them, to make table arranging easier & then if I they don't who up they can remove the plates & I wouldn't pay & if they do show, we just pay the difference.
