To invite or not to invite?? I need Advice ...Kinda long, sorry but I need help
So I work a night/weekend job at my friend's salon. I wasn't planning on inviting anyone from there since at the time I sent the save the dates I wasn't working there.
There were 2 girls there I did plan on inviting (and they know it already) because I have known them for years and always stayed close with them (I should mention I know everyone at the salon bc I worked with them years ago at another salon)
Now that I have been working there for a couple of months I feel bad I only am inviting 2 of the girls. I don't have any extra room to invite anyone else but I don't want people to get offended.
I was thinking of inviting my boss, since she is my boss and I have become pretty close with her. BUT if I invite her I feel I have to invite everyone.
Ughhh I'm so torn!! Please help ladies!!

I think it would be fine to just invite those 2 girls. From what I got from your post you were friends with them before you started at this salon and worked with them another one. I have come to realize that you can't just be inviting everyone because you feel bad. Your list will go out of control and you said you already have a limit issue. That's what happened to our list and FH and I started making cuts.

For now, keep it just the two girls. Put your boss on the B-list or even 'C-list' -- like the people you ask the week of the wedding if they can come because you need some seat-fillers.
People understand the expense of a wedding so they should all be very understanding about it! Especially considering you know them because you work there as a second job. It's not like they expect you to be made of money!

Ya I worked with most of them years ago but only kept in touch with the 2 girls I invited. That's why I sent them save the dates. I am def. going to invite everyone to the church but as f or the reception I just don't have the money to invite an extra 15 people ya know. Ughhhhh

I think it's totally up to you. FH is kind of in the same situation. He's only inviting one of his current co-workers, and it's only because they worked together at their last job too. We'd love to invite all of our co-workers, but we just can't.
