Jen,
I am sure Pauline is wonderful, but she NEVER showed up for my trial, she forgot she had an appointment that day with me even after I confirmed it. I am sure she never does this, but it made me uncomfortable, especially since I drove al the way from Yonkers for this trial.
She did call several times and apologized profusely, but I decided to go elsewhere, Salon Menage in Wantadh, Michelle did both my hair and make-up and I was EXTREMELY satisifed
