To Michelle W RE: Pauline (Bridal Assistant)

I did a search on Pauline, the bridal assistant who does the hair and makeup till the first dance, and there seems to be a lot of positive feedback on her. I was just wondering why you didn`t book her since you went for a trial? She is availible on my date and I am interested in scheduling a trial with her but is anyone on this site using her?

Jen, I am sure Pauline is wonderful, but she NEVER showed up for my trial, she forgot she had an appointment that day with me even after I confirmed it. I am sure she never does this, but it made me uncomfortable, especially since I drove al the way from Yonkers for this trial. She did call several times and apologized profusely, but I decided to go elsewhere, Salon Menage in Wantadh, Michelle did both my hair and make-up and I was EXTREMELY satisifed

MichelleW, Thanks for the heads up. I would be upset too especially if I drove from Yonkers too. I will keep that in mind as I continue to search for someone. Jen
