To my experienced brides!

Can you ladies please tell me whose name comes first on the monogram?

FH and my Mom are insisting that its the mans name and he is sticking to it....but I thought it was the brides name first?

Please help...Thanks!

without a doubt....the Bride

my mom said 'The bride goes first on all things wedding related, cause she'll never come first again!'

which is kind of true, since once you are married everything is always 'Mr. & Mrs. John Smith' etc.

Definately bride!! That's what we did!!! But, make sure you don't use your married monogram on anything before you get married...it's bad luck! You can only use monogram items with my married monogram on items that you will have at your reception.

What about for the programs at the church can I use it then or is it stuff only at the reception?

MJDOC that is true...he told me that his name with come first with Mr & Mrs thats why it should be first on the monogram hes such a silly boy.
