To my girls trying to lose weight.....
Please Please be careful when dieting......i read this article today and it was very upsetting, the girl died from doing an extreme diet because she wanted to lose weight before her wedding........we all want to lose weight (me included) so lets just make sure we do it the right healthy way.......

Oh no! thats so saaadd. It's good to lose weight but you must be smart about it too!

I love how they don't take blame after telling the girl to only eat 500 calories a day.
