am I the only person this is happening to, or are you all starting to get like super moody? I have cried like 3x this week over wedding related stress and I'm a VERY laid back person who rolls with the punches usually..
-I cried on Saturday because there was one issue with my dress (wasn't altered all the way yet and was expecting it to be done last sat), but it is totally fixable and idk why i was so upset now that I look back. I probably looked like a lunatic in the store but whatever.
-On Sunday, my mom decided she wanted to make a slideshow for the rehearsal of pics of me and my FH, but she wanted my sister to help her out because she doesn't know how to use imovie (or scan pics lol). So I asked my sister if she had planned on doing a slideshow or not, and she said no. so I said 'that's fine. mom's going to do it but I don't have the time to help her can you?' (in those EXACT words i swear) and she flipped on me because it's 3 weeks away and she's busy with work and can't do it and said it was selfish of me to ask if she was making me a slideshow. So i said ok forget it and my mom and I scratched the idea. Then yesterday, my sister was screaming to my mom on the phone about it because she thought i was being rude asking for a slideshow, but didn't get that it was my mom's idea and not mine and that I asked because my mom told me to. Then she told me I was being selfish and made me cry (again, ugh). So, this was obviously a miscommunication issue (sister doesn't live in NY so it's hard to stay on the same page) but I am just so emotional lately and idk why I couldn't just explain that to her without crying
-Now onto today. I worked this morning at my current school, then left early for an interview at another school. Between the interview, all of the work I had to get done this morning, closing on a house next week, and then remembering that I have so much to get done this week and next, I literally just started crying in my car on the way home from the interview.
WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?!

I'm not a May or June bride, but what I do know is that you have a lot on your plate. You are planning a wedding and closing on a house on top of interviewing for a new job. Hun, that is 3 major life milestones all hitting you at once. Your nerves are shot and I don't blame you for crying. The body has it's ways of balancing itself. Don't beat yourself up about it. I would take a little alone time to get it all out of your system, watch a sad movie, listen to a sad song or something and get it all out. Then think about how wonderful your life will be within just the next 6 months, just gotta put a little more leg work in for the next few weeks and you will be in the clear.

Aww I'm sorry you are under so much stress. I posted something similar the other day because I find myself being really moody too the closer it gets to the wedding. I almost lost it on the phone with the limo company last week when they told me they had no record of the changes I made with them. Then my FMIL pointed out Sunday that I left direction cards out of the rehearsal dinner invites (apparently my FH family is unfamiliar with Google). I spent the next day obsessing over it and driving my FH crazy. It's both an exciting and extremely stressful time in our lives. I feel like I don't have any patience. I have a stressful job but the good thing is it keeps me busy and keeps my mind off of wedding stuff during the day, except when random work people ask how many days I have left until getting hitched!

totally agree- i love when im teaching because it takes my mind off for awhile- but im starting to get SOOO annoyed when people ask how my interview went, or how my wedding plans or going, or how the house is coming. Just so sick of answering questions lol, wish people would just leave me alone until the wedding

I feel you! I've been a disaster lately. I am at the point where I am just ready for this wedding to get here!

I am totally doing the same thing, so I get the moodiness. I am not a crier at all and I have cried at least 4 times throughout the past three weeks. I'm not closing on a house, but its finals week (I have two due today), I had an interview last week, I am having difficulties coordinating things (I live in NJ, my MOH lives in RI, and my bridesmaids are in NJ and NY), people keep dropping out of attending the wedding, and I'm not getting assistance/can't get assistance with anything. I get yelled at to ask for help and then when I do, I get yelled at for what I ask. So, I think our same boat is full. :) I agree about self-care: do something you like to do, unrelated to the wedding, house, or work. Whether its music, taking walks, driving around; whatever it is, do it. Weddings are stress enough, but adding all the various other life complications just makes things more difficult. And people are going to ask questions; they do it because they care, but they don't realize that they are the 60th person to do it and how overwhelming it is! At the very least, you know your LIW kin totally get where you are coming from! :D

On top of you planning a wedding and making sure everything is perfect, you're working, interviewing for a new job AND closing on a house (which is one of the most stressful things in the world)- of course you're going to be emotional! Don't think you're crazy because of it- I think it's completely normal! Just keep your head up and you'll be fine!
I recently went from being the most laid-back bride in the world and turned into a crazy person. I have my to do list and there's nothing tedious to do, but there's a lot, and any time I'm reminded of something I have to do, I feel like crying. FH and I have things going on every single weekend until the wedding. We are stretched as thin as we can possibly get and there's no more room to fit anything else in, but somehow we have to figure out a way. It seems like no matter how early we tried to do everything, there's always going to be a lot of stuff left at the end. Last-minute decisions, things to purchase, etc. It's stressful, but I've been trying to stay as sane as possible!
