As you girls know, we're probably not ever going to see our wedding video....

So, I was thinking for our one year, to surprise DH and hire someone to tape us renewing our vows, with close friends and family,on a beach...

Any one know if its allowed?

Thanks!

not sure, but it might depend on what beach you go to...

If its a public beach I doubt you need one...you just risk people walking through your ceremony.

If it is Jones Beach...no, all you have to do is pick a secluded location and do it. You can't set up chairs and your guests will have to pay the park entrance fee.

If it is at Hecksher Park there is a $30 permit fee.

You may also be able to do this at Sunken Meadow Park.
