Re: to send a gift or to not send a gift??
I would, just as a courtesy gift. Like a check for $100 or something off their registry.

I would say it depends on who it was that invited you. If it's people that are close to you, then I would send a gift - if they're registered, then something from the registry. If not registered, then maybe a gift card to a store they like or will be registered in.
If it's people who are not close, I would just send a card congratulating them.

It depends on how close they are to you. If they are close, send a small gift off of their registry or a gift card to a store like BBB. I think $50 or $100 is a tad excessive if you are not going to the party. I didn't even get gifts for that much with people attending my party!

$25 gc to BBB I think would be sufficient.

Also, I just wanted to add that we didn't get any gifts from people who didn't attend our party... even family members... so I don't think it's necessary to. Just a nice courtesy.

i think a card is fine. there are many more opportunities for gift-giving (showers, holidays, wedddinngggg!!)
