Mine is strapless, but Im having straps added!!
so, I chose other so everyone knows you can fall in love with a dress even though its strapless and thats not what your going for.

I was so anti-strapless. Until I found my dress. It was strapless and I was in love. I tried on one with straps just because, but nope, strapless was for me.

Personally I feel strapless isn't for everyone. There are some brides I've seen who are beautiful but don't look right in strapless dresses. My leather ceremony dress does have straps. If I were going with a dress I would properbly have bells sleeves. I've always loved the bell sleeves. They look so mythical.

I don't like strapless. Plus a lot of girls are doing that now and I wanted to be a lil different. So I went with a halter.

I plan on getting strapless but you never know. I haven't tried dresses on yet. So we'll see.

Re: To strapless or not to strapless

mine will be strapless

for all the girls still looking, my mom was constantly reminding me to not rule out a dress just because it had straps (or didn't have straps)... they can always tailor sleeves in or take straps out

I never thought I would get strapless but that's exactly what I wound up with!

I am really self concious of my arms (Everyone tells me they're fine, but I think they're flabby) and every bridal shop sales person told me to go for strapless since straps actually draw more attention to your arms! Who knew!?!?!

I felt like everyone is wearing strapless these days and I love to be different, so I didn't want one. But I also think that a V neckline is more flattering on me than a straight across strapless one.
Yay straps!!

exactly what i was gonna say

Mine had spaghetti straps with tiny crystals. I tried on strapless and liked it but wanted to be a little different. You know when you try it on.

Not sure yet but I doubt strapless! haven't tried any on yet so not completely sure, but I don't think they will look good on me.. Every dress seems to be strapless!!!

I cant wear strapless b/c I have a tattoo between my shoulder blades I need to cover. I wouldnt have worn it anyway - not my style.

Re: To strapless or not to strapless

keep an open mind. I did not want strapless and really wanted a cap sleeve. I wound up with a an off the shoulder dress which combines the effect of a strapless and covers my arms. I have not started to work out but I know if I don't get 'madonna' arms, I will not be upset with any photos of my arms. I hate how I look in strapless, side shots with my arm. just a pet peeve of mine.
