What do you girls think about being tan on the wedding day? I am always tan so should I be tan with the make-up or do you think that will be too much? Some people said being tan doesn't look good in the wedding pics???? Has anyone every heard of that before?
Any advise would be great.

My photographer specifically told me NOT to tan for the wedding photos becuase you will look funny when standing next to other people.

I have olive skin to begin with, but I have the tanning spray and I do that for an extra glow!

im going to tan but not to an extreme where everyone next to me look like a ghost. just some base so when we go on our HM I don't burn

Sure Honestly, if you are normally tan I would go a few shades lighter than you are at your tannest moments. That way you will be tan for the photos, but not jaringly out of place when you stand next to everyone else. Good luck. Lisa

Tan all the way. Especially if you're normally tan. Don't have to over-do it, but a nice healthy glow is always great

I like how it looks if you have a tan. You don't want to be too dark, or be peeling though.

We're not tanning b4 the wedding..I can't wait till the honeymoon so I can bake all I want. I want my pics to look as close as how I normally look year round which is why i opted not to go tanning.

I usually am tan and so is FH so I will tan a little before the big day but not so I look orange

i remember seeing a review on here where the bride did the paint on tan and i thought she looked stunning. i don't remember her name though. i think a little tan looks great next to the white gown, just as long as it isn't orangy or overboard!

I am going to tan a couple of week before the wedding but I don't want to look like a piece of dark wood..Yes you can look silly in pictures being too dark compared to my whitey friends. I guess people who are pale all year round don't get being too tan. Trust me you can
