When I wear eyeliner, I always line the insides of my bottom lids. Black liquid on top, black eye pencil on the inside of the top and bottom - and yes, I know that a lot of people say you're not 'supposed to' line the insides of your eyes...
When I went for my makeup trial, Mia said that she never lines the insides of her brides' eyes with the black liner, but we could do it if I wanted. Well, we didn't wind up doing it because I liked the gold/light brown liner on the outside of my bottom lids.
Now that I'm looking at pics from the trial, I'm thinking I might line them with the black like I always do.
What did you do? What are you doing?

I'm not lining the inside of my eyes. I think since this is a speical day you should do something different...maybe trying it out a couple of days and see how you like it. You probablly feel like you need it b/c you are so use it doing it.

I know what you mean...I normally line inside bottom with brown and she used black and lined the outside for my trial (not Mia - someone else) and I didn't like it....felt like it was running a little after a few hours b/c it was a hot humid day. I think I may ask for her to line the inside. I'll see how it came out in pics - trial was for my e-pics last week. I'd have her do whatever you like better...no rules...it's what you like!

even tho i wasnt a bride i was a bridesmaid and when i got my makeup done she did liner on my bottom lid not inside but under the lash line..i was afraid it looked too much but in pics my makeup looked amazing...and not too much at all..go for it! it makes ur eyes POP!

I used black eyeliner on the inside of my lids for YEARS. I just stopped a few months ago, and I've gotten so many compliments!
It becomes addicting after a while... I felt like I looked 'weird' when I didn't have it on... but now that I've stopped wearing it completely, I think it's such a more beautiful and natural look... and FH, my family, and friends all agree!
HOWEVER... it's your wedding! Do what you feel most comfortable doing

when i do my own make up i dont do it.....but for my trial she did it...looked good!!

Well, I am a 'Mia' bride and I can show you my trial where she DID line the inside and where she DIDN'T line the insides... I like them NOT lined sooooo much better on me - maybe you need to do a trial both ways to decide.... I know I needed to actually SEE it both ways to decide!

I don't wear eyeliner often, so I think when I have my makeup trial I won't line the bottoms. I say go with what you are comfortable with and what will look good in pictures to you in 20 years
