Toasting Flutes

So I've wanted to Swarovski toasting flutes for as long as I can remember. And I finally asked my mom if she would buy them for us as part of future Christmas and birthday gifts. I saw on of my brides maids this weekend and she tells me that she bought us our toasting flutes. I love her so much that I will forgo the Swarovski ones and use the ones she bought us. However I have to admit that I am a little disappointed

Re: Toasting Flutes

Yeah I know. But this was the 1st thing I asked for and my mom was soooo happy. My parents really want to pay for the wedding but we want to do it ourselves. So this little (expensive) thing was giving her joy. Okay now who am I kidding I really wanted them. She actually still offered to buy me them but then I'd be torn as to which to use for our toast. It's easier this way!!!

I can understand your wanting them, I love them and am trying to get someone to buy them for me too
My FH's cousin knows someone who owns a stationary store and she is going try to get them to us for cost, I'm hoping it works out cause they are so beautiful
But i think you are doing the right thing, who knows maybe you will get them any way and use them for something else
