What toasting flutes is everyone using? I fell in love with the SwaovskiCrystalline Toasting Flutes but they are soooo expensive. Does anyone know any cheaper versions of this champagne flute or have any good suggestions for me? I'm also trying to get the dessert set to match as close as possible.
My friend that got married last year used 'knock-offs' of these and they were just as beautiful, and way cheaper. She said she can't remember where her mom got them, she said it was either the flea market, or online somewhere. Sorry I couldn't be more of a help, but at least you now know that cheaper ones are out there somewhere!

OMG I have to find out where the cheaper ones are. I was going to go to Tri County to look for hair pieces so I'll look into the champagne flutes too

Maybe the Jubalee Pearls ones from Fortunoff?... I put those on my registry last night... I really really love the ones you picked, but they are just too expensive... all well!.. Take a look!
Those are SO beautiful but you're right - they are expensive! I'm using something much different - Lenox Jubilee. They were a gift from my mom.

I got these Vera Wang ones from my godparents. I was going to register for the matching cakecutter but its been discontinued so I will just register for the simple silver ones.

Re: Toasting flutes
Funny you ask. I almost got into an 'argument' with FH over this the other night. He thinks we're using the plain champagne glasses we use on special occasions (they were a cheap set of 4) because they were our first special glasses. Then I said that we need new ones and he disagreed. Then I said 'What if someone bought them as a gift for us?' He said 'That's fine, to use after the wedding'
I just said 'Ok, hun we have plenty of time anyway'.
He thought the RH provides the cake serving set too...

These are mine. FH bought them when he proposed so we used them that night and at our E-Party and soon again at our wedding. I love that he did that and that we are starting a history with them already.
