You need a proof of birth (IE birth certificate) and a driver's license or passport.

You both need to be present. You have to sign. Also, you don't have to fill out an application before hand. They enter your information on a computer, print it, you review, and then the sign and put the seal on it.

Yay girls! We got it!!!! Town of Oyster Bay is great and the lady Henrietta that works there is a sweetheart and actually the wife of a very distant cousin of mine! Small world! FH and I are ready to get hitched!
