funny you should ask...
Im' actually a little ticked off right now...
SO, I get there, pull up with my 9 boxes and 2 baskets and I go to the desk, and ask, 'is there a cart I can put this all on'.. and she is like, 'um... no, not really' (HELLO, I KNOW you have to have a food cart SOMWEHERE!!!)... OK, FINE, i'll bring them in. NOBODY comes to help me carry them..or EVEN hold the doors open for me...

OK, FINE. I'm all in now. I start goign over the list with the receptionist, who says she has to write it all down on this piece of paper (Meanwhile, I am the MOST organized person you will ever meet, so Of course, EACH BOX was CLEARLY labled, with Name, Date, Time, Box #x out of # x, and CONTENTS of box. INSIDE each box ALSO were lables telling them EXACTLY what to do with what. PLUS excel spread sheets of WHAT was in each box, and what I wanted to have done with each box, etc... OK, FINE, we have to use YOUR paper... so the lady keeps hand writing in SCRIPT all over this sheet she had, going from the top to the bottom, mixing up all the ceremony stuff with the reception stuff...

so I was gettig a bit annoyed, and I said, PLEASE just have them look at my typed sheet, and the told me 'NO, they will ONLY look at the one i'm handwriting'... AHHHHHHHHh

OK, FINE, so we're all done with HER sheet (that took over 10 minutes, in fact, SO long that the Manager that I was there to see, had to come down and get me to make sure eveyrting was OK).
SO, we get up to her office, and I tell her what happened, and show her MY typed NICE AN NEED sheet, and she says, 'OH, Good, b/c I can't read this handwritten one'

OK, so now i'm MORE annoyed.
So we start going over everyting, and I give her my BANK check, and then she says 'oh, I forgot to add in the Ceremony fee when we spoke last time'.. so you still owe us $450. ARGH. annoying b/c I have to go back to the bank, but OK... whatever, stuff happends.
So, she prints me up a new invoice, and it says $579. 86.

I ask why it isn't $450, and she says, b/c of Tax. HELLOOOOOOOOOO... TAX is NOT $120+ dollars on a $450 bill. SO she calls up someone, and asks 'Tax went up, how much is it now'.. I wsa like 'HELLO?? NO- Tax went DOWN not up'... so she gets off the phone and says 'ok, it's 8.625 %.' THAT I KNOW! duh!... so I say, OK, then my tax shoud be abaout $38.
She does it in the computer about 3 times, and says, 'well, it keeps telling me the same amt., OK, Hold on'... she comes back and says they charge the 18% grat. on the ceremony fee also...

I was like ABSOLUTELY not... the $450 IS the FEE for you to SET up a room for me to have a ceremony... THAT is the tip., there SHOULD NOT be Grat. on that. (there' shouldn't even be TAX!!, but That I will pay..)..
So she said she will check with a manager adn call me back tonight...
The manager we booked with (WHO LEFT recently) NEVER told us there would be Tax OR gratuity on the $450, mearly said, 'Oh, to have your cremony here it is $450)..
