So it's this little shot it kinda looks like the milk containers you get at the diner, you have one a day and you eat 30% of what you normally eat, there are no drugs in it, just palm oil and some other oil, and vanilla flavoring, no jitters or anything as I won't even drink regular coffee or tea, but I'll definitely let you know how I'm feeling tomorrow!!!!

Ohhh I wanted to get those cause I'm a baby and I cant swallow pills.
