your job is to find a new, wacky 'holiday' for each day!!!! or your birthday or anniversary...the anniversary of the day your cat scratched the mailman counts....any ridiculous thing you can recall!
oops...changed the name.

Re: TODAY IN HISTORY....(new game to play)
you should have started this a month ago - all my good 1st anniversaries just passed (1st date, 1st kiss, me asking him out for the first time (cause he was too chicken!), 1 month anniversary).
Today is one of my BM's bdays - does that count?

Re: TODAY IN HISTORY....(new game to play)
The first thing that popped into my head is that this was the anniversary of my first 'serious' boyfriend, 17 years ago.
Eiw. I'd rather think of this as National Underwear Day, thank you!
So, to celebrate, shall we all go out and buy new underwear??

HAHA This should totally count.
If you're not me (because I celebrated and abandoned my 6969 milestone), who are you?

National Creamsicle Day
When : Always August 14th
National Creamsicle Day celebrates a tasty summer cooler.
The heat and humidity of August beckons you to discover, and to enjoy, a summer cooler. A creamsicle is an excellent choice. This is one of several chilly ice cream and frozen snack days to enjoy on a hot, sticky August day. Just make sure to eat your creamsicle quickly before it melts.
Happy National Creamsicle Day.

Best Friend's Day
AND
National Relaxation Day (Um - why am I at work then, I ask?)
It is also National Resurrect Romance Week - I will have to send DH a memo on that one (flowers? Candy perhaps? DH doing the laundry?!)
