Today is...

the last day at my current job... i'm excited but also sad. I've grown to love so many people here (two of them being LIW brides!!!), but i'm excited for what the future brings! I got a new job on LI, MUCH closer to home - it's a great opportunity for me, but I'm of course going to miss all the great people I've met here...

Just wanted to share with you ladies, as you're always so great in offering amazing advice and comforting people!!!!

Awww, congrats on the new job!!! Agreed sometimes these sitautions are bitter sweet, but how exciting to get to start something new!

Yea sucks leaving people you have grown close with...but you still have them and get to make new ones! Congrats on the new job!

PS i made the move from NYC to LI for work and let me tell you, working on LI is amazing no subway, no trains, just some minor traffic on the LIE or NSP. you get to run errands during the day, throw things in your car, have a doctor's appointment whenever you want. aside from the small salary cut i took by moving from nyc to LI, i have no regrets AT ALL
