He left already this morning to go back to Houston but he visited for the weekend and we celebrated last night by going to dinner at The Melting Pot! And he sent me sunflowers on Friday!! I miss him already but I can't wait to spend a whole new anniversary with him for the rest of our lives!

Totally off topic, but Since i love to go out to eat, where is the melting pot? My girlfriend lives in CT and has told me that it is sooooo good! I have never heard of one on LI....please tell me there is one in LI!!???

The Melting Pot is totally amazing. There isn't one open on LI yet but it's in the works and will be open by the end of the summer. It's going to be in Farmingdale (Broadhollow Rd/Rt. 110). I know it's definitely true because I went to the one in Delaware and the owner of that one is going to be co-owner of the one on LI so the staff knew about it and told me it was definitely going to be there!

I know, it totally made my day too when I found out!!
No melting pot in the city Stephanie, at least not yet any way. The only reason I can go is because there is one in Delaware where I'm going to school.
