Today is the day

I'm going to get marriage certificate!! OMG!!

We will!! I can't believe after almost 8 years of dating, we are finally getting married

Congrats. I just got mine today too. I DO NOT recommend getting it in NYC if you don't have to. I work in the city so it was the most convenient place for me to go. We waited at least an hour in line today. There were so many people there and they only have 3 people working behind the desk. It was annoying to wait so long, but at least I don't have to worry about it anymore. Getting the license made it seem so much more real. I can't believe we'll be married soon.

YAY! Luckily I went to get mine in the town of Brookhaven. We were in and out.

Funny thing though - the couple behind us came in to get there license. The woman asked when the wedding was and the couple was like 'yea, well, see we already had the ceremony and said our vows, but we did not realize we needed a marriage certificate.'


Ahhhhhh, can you believe it??
