Today seemed like a crock pot kind of day....
since I had off, so I made a meatball and veggie stew:
Take a 1/2 bag of frozen mixed veggies
meatballs (frozen or your own) and place in crock pot Then por the following mix over meatballs and veggie mix:
1/3 cup of water mixed with a jar of mushroom gravy and stewed tomatos. 1.5 tsp of crushed basil.
Simmer on low for 10 hours or on high for 6 hours!

I am going to add orzo as a base.
