Does anyone know how many points that would be. How healthy is it or is it even healthy?

I don't know how many points it is, but I LOVE it, very yummy, and I have heard it is good for you - filled with protein and way better than cheese!

It is delicious. I picked up a container from the bagel place where I work so I can have it on the weekdays and weekends with whole wheat or rye bread and not feel guilty. Got to get another container today!!!

I think it it less calories then regular cream cheese but I don't think its low calories/or fat
