www.vegweb.com was my favorite recipe resource when I was vegetarian.

Re: Tofu Recipes PLEASE!
I use so much tofu! What kind of a recipe are you looking for? Mexican? Italian? Asian? I don't have any typed up, but let me know and I'll see what I can do. Actually, I think I may have one typed up. BRB.

Re: Tofu Recipes PLEASE!
Thanks Sasha96, for posting your recipe. I'm basically looking for anything with tofu thats relatively easy to make (I'm not exactly a chef) and yummy... so if you have any other suggestions, post away! Only veggie recipes though (no meat)! Thank you!!

Re: Tofu Recipes PLEASE!
Are you vegetarian? I am, so is DH, so I have a lot of veggie recipes (no egg, fish, chicken, or red meat but dairy). I cook more dishes with the TVP/Veggie Burger crumbles in place of chop meat and have so many great recipes for that. I have to look for my tofu-spinach patties recipe and the korean tofu recipe too. I haven't made those in a while.

Re: Tofu Recipes PLEASE!
Yes, I am a vegetarian, but DH is not! But he is willing to try my stuff. Actually, we both really like the ground soy when we put it in tacos..... so any other ground soy recipes would be wonderful. I'm not very creative and am looking for any ideas to make easy, but yummy dinners! Dairy is ok for us too.
Thanks so much!

Re: Tofu Recipes PLEASE!
The ground soy is great in enchiladas too! I just follow the recipe on the Old El Paso enchilada sauce can, replacing the crumbles for the beef.
I have a whole bunch of recipes using the crumbles that I will look for and try to type up. This week is a bit busy for me, so if I forget please FM me and ask for one. Don't be shy!
If you have any great vegetarian recipes please share with me too. I'm always looking for something new to try!

I wish I had something to share, but unfortunately, my abilities in the kitchen are quite awful! But definitely let me know any interesting recipes you've come across. Thanks so much Sasha96!!!
