Has anyone used either DJ? We can't decide who to go with!!
We my also schedule an appointment with Body Rock, does anybody know much about them?

We almost booked LI sound But if you haven't yet, try Absolute DJ, be4 you book, you won't regret it We fell in love with them. They were not only reasonably priced but we loved how he interacted with his family. Sounds strange, but that's how we decided btwn them & LI Sound. Felt if he that good to his kids bugging him at work then he be good to us too lol

We love LI Sound, they were the only DJs we met with because we knew we would not be booking anybody else even before we met with them. They have done countless weddings we've been to and have always been great. I've heard they are a little bit pricy compared to other companies but I believe you get what you pay for and we just totally clicked with our MC at our meeting. No personal experience with Tommys Tunes but I've read great things on here so I'm sure you can't go wrong with either!

Who have you booked as MC from Tommy's Tunes? Frank is unavailable (he seems to be the most requested). I just want to find someone as opposed to getting someone assigned.

This is what happened to us. We wanted frank but he's booked. We booked joe e instead who also has great energy and is just as awesome as frank!

I have never heard anything bad about Tommy Tunes, however, I've heard many terrible things recently about LI Sound.

DO NOT BOOK WITH LI SOUND. My sister used them for her wedding in July. The DJ she requested and was promised on her contract did not show up that day, they ended up contracting her wedding out and the dj lost everything. My sister and her husband paid for zap shots and a montage which they lost and still made her pay for. I would certainly go with Tommy's Tunes over LI Sound. Good luck!!!

We were just at a wedding on 12/2 that LI Sound did and they were fabulous, wonder why there are so many bad reviews lately.

We booked with Tommy's Tunes and i know probably 10 people who have used them, all give excellent reviews so that's why we booked with them.

i would check out absolute too! we didnt go with them because a family friend is DJing for us, but they would have been our first choice otherwise!

I just got married 10 days ago and we used LI sound. They were my favorite vendor to work with....everything was seamless and I honestly dont have a single complaint. dance floor was packed the entire night!

We used Tommy Tunes and they were absolutely Excellent!!! They did such a fantastic job, everyone at my wedding kept telling me how much they loved the music! And once it was over they told me it was one of the Top 5 weddings that they have done, with the crowd and energy in the room!! I would definately recommend them!
Also, we met with Body Rock, and they were nice, but double the price. Very happy I went with Tommy tunes. And my MC's name was Tommy fyi!
