Good morning Ladies,

Tomorrow is the day. My FH and I are going to put a deposit @ Chateau Briand. I am so excited

Congrats!!!
This is your first big step...after that everything else will just fall into place. The hardest part for me so far has been deciding on my RH, since then I've been on a roll. Also once you book your RH the whole thing seems more real and official. Good luck with your planning

and make sure whatever is included to have them put in on the contract..everything needs to be in writing no verbal promises....hth
