tomorrow is fh's communion and confirmation....

he had to 'do over' his b/c he was baptized catholic and then never did the rest.....but in my paren'ts church oyu needed them all so he has been getting private lessons from a priest and tomorrow is his big day (we have been joking about it b/c his cousin in 2nd grade jsut made hers too!)....

he didn't do it at the vigil b/c they didn't let us know in time that he had to do it....so it was too late to start since all the rcia programs had already started plus he works nights so it would have been so hard to get there early in the morning on sundays when they hold the classes....

we aren't having a party but we will be going out to lunch all together....

i forgot the sweetest thing though - since he has to choose a name for his confirmation, he choose my dad's b/c he knew it would mean so much to him...but shhhh!! its a surprise until tomorrow - i just hope my dad or mom catches it!!

(and yes, it is true love - he is awesome!)

i can't be his sponsor - apparently if you sponsor the person you can't marry them (which would then kinda defeat the whole purpose of him doing this!)...so his best man is doing it....assuming he gets there by 10 - lol!!
