You would not believe the four letter words that came out of my mouth this morning because it is going to be a long day for me too. I truly feel for you!! Hope you have a vacation scheduled right after all this mess.
My students are coloring by number in SPanish they are too cute. I got some of the sweetest gifts from them this year!

Thank you Helen. I talked Frankie out of Saturday this week but I couldn't get out of Sunday But hopefully, she will be in a festive mood at this point so it won't be too bad. I am trying to be optomistic like Shamma said!

you're lucky! enjoy your time off (even if it has to be with MIL).
Where are the Mon-Fri 9-5 gals? Between this vacation and of course your summers I sometimes wonder why I didn't become a teacher...... Anyone else?
ETA - I realize teaching is a hard profession, I'm just jealous of your schedule

I can't knock the time off or the wonderful kids. It is the others and the other crap that makes me wish for the 9-5 sometimes!! But today they are being so cute!
Well, that and I told them that I will make them serve detention everyday over the Christmas break and have homework
Total lies but they still believe it!! Aaaah the innocence of youth!
