dont be nervous!! take a benadryl! that always makes me pass out and wake up like i had the best night sleep ever!

My advice is.. have the best time of your life!! enjoy every second of it. Don't let anything get you down

my advice for sleep is always xanax.. lol. Benadryl and tylenol PM always give me a groggy hangover. You can also go to the store and buy some sleepy time tea with valerian root...drink 2 cups.. it will help!
