my cousin who lives downstairs and hes having a 30th party for her. He calls and can you make something (I told him I would) he says can you make a lasagna? YA CAUSE THATS EASY!

Wow...that's a dish that's alot of work for him to just ask you to do it. Lasagna is something you offer to make, not something someone asks you to make!

I've never tried, but you have to make the noodles first? I like 1-step cooking.

Its not hard but its time consuming and sometimes expensive no?

Yeah, that's what I meant, throw together those, some JAR sauce, slop on a layer of ricotta, some cheese - end of story.

Or just give her the gold pocketbook and call it a day!!!
