Re: Tomorrow's Dinner

for my brother's house I am making a Mushroom Lasagna and a Chocolate Brownie Trifle.

for FH's aunt's house, I am making mini apple pies and also bringing some sugar free cookies along since FFIL is diabetic (although he's the one that requests my apple pie all the time and he shouldn't be eating it - but it's okay, I only make it for the holidays).

Going to my moms. I'm making Eggplant Parm, but I believe she is making all the usual: Turkey, stuffing, mashed, gratin, peas, mushrooms, etc.

Do you make Chocolate Brownie Trifle from scratch or from a box?

Re: Tomorrow's Dinner

I actually really don't like most tradiitoinal Thanksgiving fare.... I know it's awful of me

So in addition to the turkey, stuffing, green bean casserole, and cranberry sauce that I'm not going to want to eat, we're also having stuffed mushrooms, cold antipasto, sweet potatoes,

Last year we had lasagna also, but I don't think FMIL is doing that again because we all told her she was crazy... although I appreciated it.

There's more but I can't remember rght now

They make splenda for baking, meaning it comes in a bag instead of the packets, same stuff though, and it's supposed to not affect how your baked goods turn out, has anyone ever tried that for him and his apple pie?
