Agree on Amy/Nick - Nick goes but I think if Bill/Kwame lose, Kwame will go. Has he done anything????
But based on the 'you should have kept your mouth shut' comment in the previews ... I can't imagine Trump referring to Bill or Kwame.

look at it this way:
Troy was the PM last week
That leaves Kwame or Bill this week
if they lose and Kwame is the PM, he's taking Bill with him to the BR because Troy's his buddy
If Bill's the PM, he's taking Troy because he doesn't like him. Trump likes Troy and isn't really sold on Bill
If Nick and Amy lose, Nick's gone -- Trump loves Amy

maybe the 'keep your mouth shut' comment would refer to Amy? If she screws up badly enough, and gets too defensive, she may be gone!
but i think he likes her to much to get rid of her at this point...
