tonight..UPDATED!!

Im going to the church to meet with the deacon. Im sooo nervous!

So I just got back from meeting with the deacon and he was awesome!!! He made us feel super comfortable and he is going to do our ceremony. YAY Im so excited, one more thing done!!

Glendale in the house! I grew up there, now I'm in Forest Hills. I know St. Pancras! (Well, not the actual SAINT...I know the church. Shoot, if I knew the Saint, I'd be like...golden. Heh!)

LOL - so I bet if I mention 'Steve the Ice Cream Truck Guy' you know who I'm talking about!
Even now, when I'm in the 'hood in the summer (my best friend still lives there) as soon as I hear his bell, I screech 'STEEEEEEEEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!' like a 6-year-old with a dollar in their pocket.
And yes, I go running outside to buy ice cream from him.
He sure beats Mister Softee. I mean, no diss to Mister Softee, but Steve is just a part of Glendale to me.
