Do you belong to a gym, or are you looking for exercises to do at home? There are SO many exercises that I can tell you to do, but it'll be different depending on what kind of equipment you have available to use.

Here's one that you can do if you have dumbbells....a french press:

Even doing pushups is good - they work not only the chest, but the triceps too.

Re: Toning arms

Overhead triceps extensions with a dumbbell

Tricep kickbacks with a dumbbell

Pushups

Dips

Skull crushes - with a barbell-lay on bench. With close overhand grip, extend arms with barbell straight out over your face. Bring down barbell down (bending at your elbows) so that the barbell almost touches your skull (top of head). Extend back to start position.

Cables- use rope or bar, overhand grip only bend at elbows.

hope this helps!

Re: Toning arms

- Holding a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing in, stand with feet hip-width apart, then bend knees and hinge forward from hips until torso is parallel to the floor.
- Bend arms to 90 degrees, upper arms parallel to your back, knuckles pointing down.
- Contract abs and lengthen tailbone to maintain a neutral spine. - Maintain shoulder and upper-arm position as you straighten arms and extend weights behind you, simultaneously rotating hands so palms are facing up at the end of the movement.
- Bend elbows and rotate hands in to lower weights to starting position, then repeat.

enjoy!

My pilates tape has an arm section and I feel like I notice a difference.
