I'm looking at about 15-20 under my minimum, so we were thinking of inviting some co-workers, etc to the wedding.
Is it too late to send out a B-list?
Have you ever been B-listed? How did you feel? Do you think people would be upset, or would they understand that they're co-workers and have to come after family, etc?

I've been B-listed and I knew I was but I wasn't that close to that person. Some of my friends that I was close with were going so I just decided to go. It was like 3 weeks before the wedding too! I was actually offended at first but then I realized that they had to do what they had to do ($/small wedding) and since I wasn't that close to that person, it wasn't that big of a deal that I wasn't on the A list

def not too late - i think if you send them out this week, that's still 8 weeks before your wedding which is more than enough time IMO
my parents were blisted to my best friend's wedding and they knew they were blisted. they didn't really care.
i was blisted to a shower once and i got the invitation like 10 days before the shower which was cutting it pretty close IMO
but for a wedding that is still 7-8 weeks away, i think if you send them out this weekend or early next week, you're still in good shape, even with the quick RSVP date, that still gives people 2 whole weeks to respond before you start hounding them

FH and I recently received a 'B' list invite to a destination wedding. We aren't that close to the couple (but do like them) and we weren't offended at all. I was actually kind of flattered that they would want to invite us and totally understood that they had to wait to see who else was coming before going to the B list.

People will either understand or just not come. Not much else I can do.,

I know you decided already but I wanted to say that I agree with the other girls. I think youre totally fine on your time frame and especailly if they are coworker types if they even realize I think they will understand. Dont worry about it

I was 'B listed' after the RSVP date!!!!!!!! I thought that was RUDE! I think you have PLENTY of time to send out invites to a second round of people!!

I think you should do it, your wedding is still a good amount away (for sending b list invites) we were invited to a wedding a week before lol
