Re: too much for favors?
I think that's pretty reasonable- if you a planning on giving it per couple as opposed to per person

If it's something you like and think your guests will like then it's not too much!

Re: too much for favors?
its one per person, we were looking for 120 of them. But that is still up in the air

Re: too much for favors?
Mead is a honey based wine. FH and I are part of a medieval re-creation society, and a bunch of us brew it (including FH and I). Instead of using Grape Juice as the fermenting agent, Honey is used
There is a meadery on Long Island that we really like and got the quote from them with labels and individual bottles

Oh! Ok... thanks for explaining! I think its a great favor and I think the price sounds good since you are doing one per couple.

Re: too much for favors?
Honestly I came back from Ireland with a few jugs of mead, love the stuff. Wanted it to be served as the toast instead of champagne since it is an irish custom.
But anyway no I think it's not a bad price. We paid about 2.95 per pint glass and gave one per person as our favors and people appreciated it. So your guests will appreciate your unique favor.

Re: too much for favors?
I think we would do one per person. They are around 6oz per bottle, I dont think thats enough for one couple, is it?
