Too much stress/drama on this board today

I just noticed alot of us LIW brides are having an emotional day today (and i am too myself) and feel overwhelemed! So i just wanted to say that we are making ourselves flippin CRAZY, ripping our hair out, trying to please others and make them happy when in reality we should start thinking more about ourselves and what makes us happy and our FH's happy b/c no one else seems to give a $%*& how much they hurt us!!!

Sorry needed to vent a bit and i feel crappy today. Here are hugs and kisses to the LIW girls.

Sorry you are having a bad day . I was feeling the same way until about a week ago. I am normally a calm person but this wedding stuff was just getting to me. I couldn't keep everyone happy. I went to my dad and asked how much I have to do to keep everyone happy and he said 'Do what makes you happy forget about everyone else'. He went on to say 'if they have a problem point them to the complaints department ME!'. So since then I have been doing what I want. If people don't like it screw em!. It may sound harsh but I just couldn't take it anymore. I feel much calmer now and things are running much more smoothly . So do what makes you and your fh happy.

You're sooo right! I am having a pretty sad day...simply becuz my BP is broke...and I cant enjoy all the fun things that a bride should be enjoying..

yes you are right, we need to just start thinking of ourself and FH...............................and smile smile smile, life is way too short to worry so much about others trying to make it so hard on us brides and our FH........................................... smile smile smile THESE LITTLE FACES CRACK ME UP SO MUCH SOMETIMES, FIGURED WE COULD ALL USE A GOOD SMILE...
